About me

Dr Jan Liesenfeld specialises in disputes in the area of private business law. He has professional experience of individual proceedings before courts of arbitration and state courts. He leads an innovation team that has developed legal tech to facilitate mass proceedings and provide digital legal services, especially in the area of class action debt collection. His areas of specialisation include employment, real estate and banking law as well as e-commerce and data protection law.
