Gelena Minkov provides comprehensive legal advice to domestic and international clients in all areas of real estate law, including property development, financing of property acquisition and development, commercial lease law, property acquisition and sale, as well as sale and leaseback transactions. Her transactional experience covers a broad range of asset classes, including office, residential, retail and logistics property. Prior to starting with PwC Legal in 2024, she worked as a lawyer in the area of real estate at two leading international law firms in Düsseldorf and Frankfurt.
