He has published in leading German commentaries and law reviews and is a member of the editorial board of a reputable German law review (Neue Zeitschrift für Gesellschaftsrecht, NZG). In addition, he is an adjunct professor (Privatdozent) at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich on a voluntary basis.
