Thomas Urband is an expert with more than 12 years of experience in the fields of intellectual property (IP), IT and commercial legal issues. In addition to the classic fields of IP (trade mark, design, competition and copyright law), he has in-depth knowledge in the areas of digitalisation, procurement and commercial compliance. Digital business fields and technical innovations are his sweetspot. He also advises clients on the standardisation and optimisation of contractual relationships. As part of the Center of Excellence on the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), Thomas Urband has already managed and supported numerous projects concerning the implementation of the legal requirements.
