Conrad Zöckel is specializes in commercial and corporate law. In particular, he advises national and international companies on specific corporate law issues, such as the formation of companies in Germany and/or other European countries or the drafting of articles of association and shareholders’ resolutions. In addition, he also advises owner-managed family businesses and supports them, for example, in the sale of their own company or the acquisition of other companies, by for example carrying out legal due diligence or drafting company purchase agreements. He also advises on company succession, for example, family-internal company takeovers through strategic negotiation management, or on restructuring.
