About me
Ulrike Brückner has more than 15 years of experience in providing legal advice to predominantly German, medium-sized and family-managed companies, including over eight years spent in Africa. She assists her clients in the areas of company succession, restructuring and internationalisation. Together with her team, she also provides advice to numerous successful start-ups and helps them on their path towards growth. In addition, she is an expert on entering the market and doing business in Africa and therefore represents the PwC German Business Group for Africa on behalf of PwC Germany.
