Tobias Mittrach specialises in advising national and international clients on M&A transactions and restructuring. He is a specialist lawyer (Fachanwalt) for commercial and corporate law as well as for tax law. For more than 15 years, he has been providing advice to German and international clients regarding all areas of corporate law and representing them both in and out of court. One of his areas of focus here is advice regarding acquisition, sale and restructuring procedures, carve-outs and acquisition financing as well as LBO and MBI/MBO processes. A further area of focus for him is providing advice on matters of business and corporate law to entities and companies that are sponsored by municipalities.
