About me

Hans Thomas Kessler specializes in the areas of real estate transactions, real estate finance and infrastructure. Thomas has advised numerous investors, owners, financial institutions and other companies with regard to acquisitions, sales and financing of commercial real estate and real estate portfolios, real estate developments and infrastructure projects as well as leases of commercial real estate. Furthermore, he has considerable experience in advising (including legal representation) construction and engineering firms as well as principals on construction, planning and infrastructure projects. As part of his responsibilities at PwC, a key focus of his work is at the interface between the public sector and the private sector and advising on the implementation and financing of transformation and modernisation projects.
