Hans Thomas Kessler specializes in the areas of real estate transactions, real­ estate finance and infrastructure. Thomas has advised numerous investors,­ owners, financial institutions and other companies with regard to acquisitions, ­sales and financing of commercial real estate and real estate portfolios, real estate developments and infrastructure projects as well as leases of commercial real estate.­ Furthermore, he has considerable experience in advising (including legal ­representation) construction and engineering firms as well as principals on­ construction, planning and infrastructure projects. As part of his responsibilities at PwC, a key focus of his work is at the interface between the public sector and the private sector and advising on the implementation and financing of transformation and modernisation projects.­
