About me

Simon Straßburger advises national and international legal departments on efficiency improvement, digitalization, governance, and strategic development. He co-developed a proven Target Operating Model for legal departments and has extensive experience in large-scale transformation programs. Prior to joining PwC Legal, Simon spent 17 years in consulting and industry, most recently as an associate partner at a Big 4 Law Firm, where he was responsible for building the Legal Operations & Tech advisory practice. His earlier roles include leadership positions in industry and strategy consultancies, as well as a boutique firm specialized in legal departments.
