Sebastian Schepp is a specialist lawyer for labor and employment law, specializing in questions of corporate co-determination (especially digital transformation), HR due diligence and compliance. He gained his wide range of experience in advising and representing employers in all questions of individual and collective labor law, most recently in a medium-sized law firm. In previous positions, he worked for several years as an in-house lawyer for a medium-sized and an international group and actively managed additional projects and transformation processes, including as Head of HR Administration (interim).
