Saskia Naomi Merle is specialised in advising and representing clients in connection with disputes in the field of banking and capital markets as well as in connection with corporate disputes. She also represents clients in the enforcement of and defence against insolvency claims and has particular expertise in international law and with regard to conflicts of law.
