Phillip Limbek has extensive experience in the areas of media law, IP law, competition law, contract design, general civil law and litigation. His advisory activities focus on – among other areas – licensing, cooperation and supply agreements as well as advice relating to compliance at media companies (especially the Digital Service Act and Digital Markets Act) and complex disputes within Germany and internationally.
