About me
Oliver Lücke has in-depth expertise and experience from his 25 years of working as a lawyer. As an advisor to managers as well as HR and legal departments, he provides companies with assistance on employment law in relation to all “life situations” – regardless of whether it relates to employees, managerial staff, board members or the works council. He represents clients in proceedings before the labour courts and state labour courts as well as the regional courts and higher regional courts throughout Germany. He regularly publishes materials in specialist journals such as NJW, NZA and BB as well as specialist books and commentaries. In 2019, he was recognised by WirtschaftsWoche magazine as a “renowned lawyer for data protection in 2019”.
