Niklas Kelbch has extensive experience in advising on and implementing large-scale digital projects. He advises on data protection matters, IT contracts, software implementation, AI-related legal aspects and various cyber projects. His activities include, for example, GDPR transformation projects, IT contract design, AI implementations, legal assessments of specific issues, and extrajudicial and judicial representation of interests. Niklas also deals extensively with the legal challenges in the context of immersive technologies, such as the metaverse, virtual and extended reality, emerging technologies, and the field of gaming and eSports.
