Niels Grotjohann specialises in providing tax and legal advice to the public sector and has five years of professional experience, three and a half of which have been as a lawyer (Rechtsanwalt). As an up-and-coming lawyer, he has already assisted with numerous projects, including restructuring projects for tax purposes at supply and disposal companies as well as the implementation of tax compliance management systems. He has expertise in the areas of tax law, transformation (tax) law, corporate law and municipal law.
