About me
Since 2015, Maximilian Klostermann has gained in-depth experience in advising major German and international clients, assisting with projects relating to data protection and working as an external data protection officer. He advises clients on data protection law, especially in the context of GDPR transformation projects, the rollout of new systems and in his role as their external data protection officer. This work involves interdisciplinary cooperation with consultants for cybersecurity and employment law. Until now, his work involved performing training sessions and audits, maintaining registers of processing activities, vendor management, preparing data protection notices and consent forms as well as drafting organisational templates and guidelines on data protection.
