About me

Marc Oliver Brock's main focus is IT law. He is responsible for drafting contracts for software development and implementation projects as well as IT outsourcing projects, and provides expert opinions on software copyright and database law. One focus of his work is on contract drafting, dealing with EVB IT (standard IT service agreements) and providing legal project support for public sector clients. He also advises on issues relating to open data, IT security law (NIS-2, CRA), and data protection law.
