About me

Jens Ebbinghaus has many years of experience of providing advice within the energy sector. Furthermore, he provides advice to transmission system and distribution system operators within the context of (large) infrastructure projects. A further area of focus for him is providing advice on matters of energy law and municipal law regarding the establishment and restructuring of municipal (energy) utility companies.
