Jan Dietrich Harmjanz specialises in corporate law and mainly provides advice to corporations and partnerships regarding complex group structures within the context of transactions and group-wide restructuring projects. He also provides ongoing advice in matters of corporate law. Furthermore, he provides advice to both purchasers and sellers regarding domestic and cross-border acquisitions as well as advice on joint ventures (e.g. in relation to China, Turkey, Luxembourg), on complex exits from joint ventures and dual-track exit scenarios.
