Prof. Dr Heiko Höfler is a leading expert in advising companies and governmental institutions in the field of public procurement. He advised numerous transactions in the areas of (IT) infrastructure, public security, and defence, and maintains a unique network within the international defence industry. He is teaching as an honorary professor at Bauhaus University Weimar as well as at the University of the Bundeswehr (Helmut Schmidt University, Hamburg). Heiko Höfler is an active reserve officer assigned to the Bundeswehr Command and Staff College, where he is a member of the German Institute for Defence and Strategic Studies (GIDS).
