About me

Prof. Dr. Heiko Höfler is a leading expert in advising companies and government institutions on public procurement. He has advised on numerous transactions in the (IT) infrastructure, public security and defence sectors and has a unique network in the international defence industry. He teaches as an honorary professor at the Bauhaus University in Weimar and at the University of the Federal Armed Forces (Helmut Schmidt University, Hamburg). Heiko Höfler is an active reserve officer and serves in a general staff assignment in the Armed Forces Base Command.
