About me
Darja Bleyl specialises in EU state aid law and national subsidy and grant law. She advises companies from various industries (including automotive, energy supply, pulp and paper, alternative fuels, energy-intensive industries) as well as the public sector and its companies. She specialises in the application for and administration of (large-volume) subsidies and the structuring of financing for (public) companies in compliance with state aid law as well as providing advice in connection with crisis aid measures for companies (COVID-19, energy crisis). In doing so, she pursues a multidisciplinary advisory approach that combines legal, economic and, if necessary, technical aspects. In this context, she represents clients before courts and in proceedings before the European Commission and national authorities.
