About me
Barbara Nietzer, admitted as a lawyer in 2000, has over 25 years of professional experience in numerous corporate sectors. She has held specialist and management positions in legal departments at German, Dutch, Swedish, US, and French companies. Her focus is on commercial law (commercial, data/product, IP/IT, compliance, and employment law). She has lead und supported various global, internal and client-side projects, as well as having spearheaded the establishment and restructuring of legal affairs divisions. She is an expert in legal, operations and corporate strategy with regard to any kind of legal functions.
