About me

Anne Grunwald has extensive practical experience of contentious disputes as a lawyer (Rechtsanwältin). She represents companies from the financial and industrial sectors in complex German and international court and arbitration proceedings as well as in the context of out-of-court dispute resolution. She has taken on numerous court cases, including within the energy and banking sector, and has successfully defended her clients against mass legal claims. Due to her many years of experience as a member of management at an international insurance group, she is highly familiar with internal processes at companies and assists decision-makers in positions of responsibility with questions regarding liability in contentious disputes.
