About me

Anna‑Kristine Wipper specializes in intellectual property law and advises companies on trademark, design, and unfair competition matters. She represents clients in court proceedings, develops international strategies for the defense of IP rights, and ensures their effective enforcement. Another focus of her work is advising on global IP portfolios and current issues such as Green Claims and the Digital Services Act. She has a particular interest in developing digital solutions for legal services to focus on the essential questions and to support companies of all sizes in navigating future economic and legal challenges. Anna‑Kristine Wipper is actively involved in international professional bodies such as the International Trademark Association (INTA) and LIDC. Prior to joining PwC Legal, she was a partner at a Big 4 law firm and worked in a specialized IP boutique.
