About me

Tobias Oest advises companies, corporations, authorities and recipients of grants on public law, building and architectural law and public procurement law. His main activity is project-related consulting. In addition to qualifying as a lawyer, a certified specialist in administrative law and a certified specialist in public procurement law, he also has a master’s degree in engineering. He has in-depth experience and extensive market knowledge in the areas of waste management and infrastructure. He is regularly called upon to represent companies and public clients in review proceedings at public procurement tribunals and courts.
