Stefan Gentzsch advises and represents clients in complex domestic and international court and arbitration proceedings. He has many years of experience and in-depth knowledge of international contract law and procedural law, including the enforcement of decisions domestically and abroad. He provides advice on contractual negotiations and design as well as process risk analysis. He specialises in disputes relating to corporate law and commercial law as well as post-M&A disputes.
