Roman Dörfler advises and represents German and international companies and investors from the financial and industrial sectors as well as their management boards, supervisory boards and managing directors regarding complex German and international court and arbitration proceedings as well as in the context of out-of-court dispute resolution. Over the years, he has gathered extensive practical experience as a litigator. One area of focus for him is advising and representing credit institutions in the area of banking and capital market law in mass proceedings, collective proceedings and cases of principle.
