Michael Schulz specialises in energy and climate law and advises energy-intensive companies on issues relating to the energy transition. Another focus of his work is advising on energy and electricity tax issues, where he advises energy suppliers, plant operators and industrial clients on all aspects of electricity and energy tax law. He also has litigation experience in energy and excise tax law and supports companies in appeal and legal proceedings.
