About me
Kerstin Rohde specialises in EU state aid law as well as subsidy and grant law. She provides advice to public and private companies. She applies a multidisciplinary advisory approach that combines legal, commercial and – where required – technical aspects in a holistic manner. One of her areas of focus is providing advice on regional and R&D subsidies as well as Important Projects of Common European Interest (IPCEI). In this regard, she assists with European Commission notification procedures as well as applications for national subsidies and the negotiation of memoranda of understanding. In addition, she assists in ensuring that public infrastructure projects are planned in compliance with subsidy requirements. She also provides advice to the public sector on SGEI matters.
