About me
Kai-Hendrik Kubsch is a legal tech expert. As well as advising legal departments on designing their legal tech strategy, selecting software and defining requirements, he focuses on low code, particularly the Microsoft Power Platform. He and his team build customised applications for legal departments. Having worked with many legal departments throughout his career, Kai-Hendrik is familiar with their processes, workflows, optimisation potential and best practices.
He has also gained extensive experience in personnel management, as well as in classic and agile project management. His knowledge is complemented by his experience in large-scale projects, operations, and compliance projects.
