About me

Frank Schmaus is a lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) and specialist lawyer (Fachanwalt) for employment law. Frank has been working on behalf of employers in the areas of individual and collective labour law for more than eleven years. He has been with PwC Legal since January 2015, apart from a period of nearly three years spent as – among other roles – an in-house lawyer at a Dax 40 company. Frank mainly advises companies and groups in relation to national and international restructuring projects. Operational and corporate co-determination are both areas of focus here, e.g. in relation to the integration of an SE into existing group structures and in the case of international mergers. A further area of focus for him is defence from legal actions for protection against dismissal at all judicial levels.
