Chloé Lybaert has been advising Legal, Compliance, and IP functions since 2019 on the strategic development of their organizations. Her focus lies primarily on optimizing operating models, driving the digital transformation of legal processes, and shaping the ongoing development of legal departments' service portfolios – with particular emphasis on DAX and MDAX companies. In addition, she plays a key role in benchmarking as well as in the in-depth analysis and strategic advancement of the PwC Legal & Tax Function Survey.
