Arnulf Starck is a lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) and tax consultant who specialises in advising the German Federal Government, federal states, municipalities and their companies in the areas of law and tax. With more than 25 years of professional experience, he has assisted with a large number of projects in the public sector. In addition, he has written and published various works on supervisory board law and tax compliance management systems. He teaches as a private lecturer of law, tax and compliance at Hochschule Weserbergland in Hameln.
