About me
Anna Dold advises clients on data protection, contract and IT law. Her practice focuses on guiding clients through a wide spectrum of data protection matters, in particular such arising in connection with multi-national implementation and digitization projects, product developments and launches, corporate transactions and cooperations, as well as the implementation and enhancement of data protection management systems.
In the technology area, her experience covers a broad range of contract-related topics, in particular large information technology and business process outsourcing arrangements, software license and development agreements, cloud/SaaS contracts and digitization initiatives.
Prior to joining PwC, Anna Dold worked 7 years at an international law firm in its Frankfurt office.
