About me
Andreas Cocin advises private equity funds and national and international corporations on M&A transactions and on all aspects of German corporate law. Before joining PwC Legal as a lawyer in 2023, he worked for two major international law firms in Munich as a legal trainee and research assistant in Corporate/M&A. Andreas Cocin studied law in Augsburg and completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich.
