Jonas Schüren has many years of in-depth industry experience, particularly in the energy sector. A key focus of his work is advising national and international clients on the planning and permitting of complex infrastructure projects, including the management of such projects throughout their operational implementation. During his time with a German transmission system operator, he provided legal advice on and coordinated numerous major grid expansion projects as the lead project lawyer, including the A-Nord underground cable project and the Hanekenfähr-Gronau overhead line project.
