About me
Dennis Tonner is a lawyer and expert in public commercial and corporate law issues relating to the public sector. In addition to federal and state ministries, he advises municipalities, their subsidiaries and companies in the healthcare sector on restructuring, transactions and contract law as well as public commercial law (in particular administrative, municipal and funding law).
